Welcome to the web page of Coalgate United Methodist Church. You are invited to check us out and then join us in ministry as we serve as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in our community, our county, our state, our nation, and our world. God continues to bless this congregation with people who are concerned with loving our neighbors. We have ministries available for young and old. The worship time is centered on praising  God the Father, Jesus our Savior, and the Holy Spirit. We are blessed with wonderful music.

The teaching is centered on the Bible and how we can live in our society today with the principles for daily living found within the pages of scripture.

Breakfast Served Each Sunday Morning

Breakfast is served each Sunda morning in the new fellowship hall from 9:30am - 9:55am.

This Sunday the menu will be pancakes, sausage and fruit.  Everyone (young and old!) is invited to join us.

Sunday school is not just for kids, we have a couple of wonderful adult classes.  We will be closing the kitchen down at 9:55am so that the servers as well as the children may attend their class so if you want to join us for breakfast please arrive early enough to be finished eating by 9:55am.  Sunday School starts promptly at 10:00 a.m.

Children's Fund Raiser

There will be a Bake Sale on Saturday, May 25 at 9:00 a.m. under the awning.  This is the first fund raiser by the children for their special project this year.  We need Baked Goods as well as People buying the goodies.

 

The Children are raising money along with the Masonic Lodge to provide funds for a new camera to be used in the Elementary Schools in Southeastern Oklahoma by Oklahoma to Prevent Blindness.

Cross Point Church Camp

Church Camp - Get with Glenda if your child would like to go, this year they will go to at Cross Point Camp in Kingston.

1st - 2nd graders will be 7/13-14

3rd - 6th graders will be 7/19-21
